Single point load cells are used individually in scales, hopper scales, process control, conveyor weighing, packaging machines, check-weighers. The moment insensitive single point load cell allows for eccentric load and simplify the weighing system design as the load cell copes with all forces and moments occurring without loosing performance. METTLER TOLEDO offers a wide variety of single point load cells in aluminium, steel and stainless steel.
