Since we strongly believe in making service packages available to all customers, regardless of budget or industry, we have devised multiple levels of proactive service plans:

  • BasicCare is our entry-level offering to ensure continued uptime and performance. Labor costs are discounted in the case of a repair.

  • StandardCare offers faster response times, extended hours of availability, access to our technical hotline, and remote support. Labor costs associated with repair incidents are covered.

  • ComprehensiveCare offers full budget control as labor costs and replacement parts are entirely covered in the case of a repair.

  • ExtendedCare is our warranty extension contract. It provides 24 months of full budget control following the installation, including two preventive maintenance visits. While the cost of installation is not included, travel expenses, labor, and replacement part costs are covered.

  • SoftwareCare is an auxiliary service that provides access to software updates, new releases, and priority support by phone, email or help desk.
