Maximizing the value of crystallization experiments with FBRM® on-demand webcast - METTLER TOLEDO

Maximizing the value of crystallization experiments with FBRM® on-demand webcast

Current practice requires the development of a robust crystallization using a minimal amount of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) product. Experiments are often not practical on a one litre or larger scale until the crystallization process is much further along in the development cycle. This Maximizing the Value of Crystallization Experiments on-demand webinar focuses on the type of crystallization experiments that can be performed at a small scale (< 50 mL) and how the FBRM® data generated can be used effectively in ensuring a robust process for scale-up through maximizing yield, optimizing the crystal size distribution and minimizing impurities.

Maximizing the Value of Crystallization Experiments On-Demand Webinar Topics
Your online presenter, Des O’Grady, holds extensive experience in the implementation of Process Analytical Technology (PAT) technologies in crystallization design and development. Des completed his Ph.D. research involving the use of FBRM® in the design and optimization of anti-solvent crystallization and is a member of the METTLER TOLEDO Technology & Application Consultant team in North America.
