The new InPro7100i is a highly reliable and versatile conductivity sensor with plug and measure functionality. It extends METTLER TOLEDO's wide range of sensors with Intelligent Sensor Management (ISM®) technology, the smart approach for storing all relevant data in the sensor head.
Intelligent Conductivity Sensors allow an accurate phase detection. The new InPro7100i conductivity sensors, a monitoring solution from METTLER TOLEDO, make a better phase separation control possible. This minimizes product losses and maximizes the yield.
Simple Installation and Configuration
The InPro7100i stores all relevant data on an integrated circuit in the sensor head. When the sensor is connected to its transmitter it is automatically detected, enabling fast start up. The measured conductivity value is transferred to the transmitter by means of a low-impedance digital signal, which means transmission is always reliable and unaffected by moisture.
Easy Process Integration
The compact design of the InPro7100i makes it compatible with the ample choice of METTLER TOLEDO housings, opening an extensive range of integration options for process applications. The installation of the InPro7100i in combination with our housings is simple and straightforward. Additionally, with the ISM technology calibration data is automatically uploaded into the transmitter.
