To do this, Thornton asks that you submit a Service Request Form before returning any product. Once we have received this form and processed your request, a Thornton representative will call you with a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. This RMA number quickly identifies your return and should be referenced when checking the status and when labeling your return.
