EasyClean350 is used for fully automatic cleaning and calibration of pH measuring points. EasyClean350 e is a robust and proven fully automated system which works reliably even in high maintenance measuring points. Typical fields of application are chemical processes with aggressive chemicals and high temperatures.

EasyClean350e installed with the new METTLER TOLEDO transmitter pH 2100e result in a totally automated maintenance for the entire loop. EasyClean350e and the transmitter pH 2100e have been developed parallel to achieve the maximal performance without any compromises. Intelligent communication between the cleaning system and the transmitter provides a save operation.

Separated alarm relays indicates malfunctions in the transmitter or in the EasyClean. Two different timer allow to set the cleaning interval independent from the calibration interval. As soon as both intervals have to be executed at the same time, only the calibration routine will be executed.
