Specifically designed to protect the analyst when weighing active drug compounds, the ST1 balance enclosures provide a turbulence-free weighing environment which allow sensitive analytical and micro balances to operate effectively. The ST1 design provides a smooth laminar airflow across the face of the enclosure and around the balance. These enclosures have been independently tested with various drug compounds for the manipulation and weighing of active drug formulations and can provide an ECL (Exposure Control Limit) of less than 15ng/m3.
