The IND131xx and IND331xx scale terminals deliver precision measurement data in the same cost-effective package, and are certified for use in hazardous areas classified as Division 2, Zone 2 and Zone 22.

The IND131/IND331 and IND131xx/IND331xx Industrial Process terminals offer the best solution for applications requiring fast data exchange with a process controller, and improved speed and efficiency by executing simple process control from the terminal. These terminals are compact and easy to integrate and set up, and xx models can be used in hazardous areas. Their versatile form factors make them an economical solution for quick, accurate, high performance weighing for analog scales.

The IND131/IND331/IND131xx/IND331xx terminals offer unmatched flexibility for integrating with process equipment, with features including:

Choice of enclosure styles to match your process environment
Choice of AC or DC operating voltages (xx models DC only)
Broad range of fieldbus interfaces including serial, PLC and DIO
Optimized target control with two-speed material transfer capability

The PTHK terminal is packaged in a stainless steel enclosure and includes an 11-key numeric keypad. It can accommodate up to 10 targets with five zones each, and includes a time and date feature.

The IND131/IND331 terminals offer flexibility in integration with process equipment at multiple levels by allowing you to:

- Choose from universal AC-powered or DC operating unit
- Have a variety of controller interfaces:
  - Serial communication (RS-232 and RS232/485, with support for Modbus RTU protocol)
  - Discrete I/O -- Relay or Open-collector type
  - PLC fieldbus interfaces, including
    - Analog output
    - Allen-Bradley RIO
    - EtherNet/IP™
    - Modbus TCP
    - DeviceNet™
    - PROFIBUS^® .

Take maximum advantage of a hybrid automated control system for process applications with the built-in latched target with two-speed material transfer control, comparators and DIO capabilities of the IND131/IND331.

They enhance performance for process applications using TraxDSP™ digital filtering, ultra-fast analog to digital weight conversions, rapid target comparison and PLC update rates, to ensure that your weight data will be available when you need it.

For use in hazardous environment applications, the panel mount analog load cell version of the PT terminal is FM approved for use in USA Division 2 and Zone 2 classified areas. This version is also marked as a Category 3 G/D device for use in European Zone 2 or Zone 22 areas.
