Description
The Q.iMPACT Matroller is embedded with predictive adaptive control algorithms that constantly update and predict the exact adjustment needed to yield the most precise material cutoff for every material transfer (ingredient addition). The Q.iMPACT matroller easily integrates with leading control systems. It can be configured to control a few or a few hundred scales and flow meters on a single network.

The Q.iMPACT matroller is always used as part of a larger control system. Under normal operation there is no direct operator interaction with the matroller. All normal operation is performed via messages from the system Controller (PLC, DCS, or PC).

Simultaneously supports a maximum of four scale platforms with analog, RAAD box or POWERCELL technologies (supports a maximum of two scale platforms with High Precision (IDNET) technologies) or a maximum of 12 flow meters in a matroller.
