Batching Controller - IND690fill

The IND690fill can perform weighing and dispensing of raw materials in a consistent, traceable process. This software makes it easy to program and control dosing units. It is intelligent enough to learn for itself in tailoring the IND690 terminal's already considerable capabilities to your requirements. Whether used as a stand-alone device or incorporated in a system, the IND690 is a "plug and fill" solution.

The combination of fast data transmission, adaptable filters for tough conditions and separate weighing and evaluation allows formulae to be metered very quickly without sacrificing accuracy. The IND690fill determines automatically the points at which each constituent should be switched off. This prevents waste of time and materials. A multiplicity of other functions such as refill correction, correction threshold, acknowledgement, etc. ensure that the IND690fill-monitored metering system is safe and reliable.

Application	Controlled above-level filling, below-level filling or below bung hole filling; switchable nozzle and drip tray control by means of a second 8-type relay box. Metering nozzle contact detector.
Dispensing functions	Automatic filling with target weight of single or multiple constituents. Coarse and fine feeding of liquid, viscous or loose materials. Tolerance checking with automatic re-metering and control of the point at which fine feeding is switched off.
User-friendly	The clearly laid out, ergonomically designed keypad, together with a display which is easily read under tough conditions, help to save time and avoid complaints. Weight, status or DeltaTrac indications can be selected for display on the active high luminance dot matrix display (VFD), featuring BIG WEIGHT^® display (35 mm).
Material/IP Protection	The IND690fill is made of Chrome-Nickel steel DIN X5 CrNi1810 and offers IP Protection IP69K (resistant to high-pressure/steam-jet cleaning).
