Recent Advances in Organic Chemistry by Academia Using Real-Time In Situ FTIR - Part V

This on-going series reviews recent advances made in organic chemistry by academia where real-time in situ mid-IR analytics played a role in the advancement of the research.  Several recent publications will be reviewed covering the following research topics:

  • Online monitoring of biotransformations in high viscous multi-phase systems
  • Tuning the selectivity of the oxetane and CO2 coupling process
  • Equimolar CO2 absorption by anion-functionalized ionic liquids

In each publication, reaction analysis by real-time FTIR provided important information that led to a better understanding of the reaction.  This presentation will provide an overview of each publication and further insight into how ReactIR™ was used as an enabling technology.

This is Part V of the Recent Advances series.  When you register for Part V, you will receive access to the on-demand versions of Part 1, 2, 3, and 4.
