METTLER TOLEDO CI-Vision will showcase the new 360° Full View bottle inspection system which utilizes four cameras to produce a seamless complete image of the bottle being inspected. The new system can inspect full or empty bottles of plastic or glass, in various colors and sizes up to 1.5 liters at line speeds of up to 400 bottles per minute.
Bottle labels can be inspected without first orienting bottles to position labels toward cameras, eliminating the orienting function from a production line saves space and cost and reduces valuable throughput time.
METTLER TOLEDO Hi-Speed delivers security, productivity, and profits with its comprehensive line of high precision checkweighers specifically designed for pharmaceutical applications. Wide ranges of sizes and configurations are available to handle most container types and package designs, even at high production rates to ensure accurate product delivery and optimized production processes.
Hi-Speed will feature its XMV Mark + Vision system which minimizes risks inherent to the pharmaceutical industry. It generates the crucial data required for tracking and tracing products via serial number by meeting “E-pedigree” and “Track & Trace” requirements. Starweigh is an intermittent motion checkweigher, delivering laboratory quality static weights at high production rates.The Starweigh checkweigher statically weighs each individual package while maintaining high line rates to deliver unparalleled accuracies in a production environment. Unlike traditional checkweighers, which require packages to be weighed in-motion which can compromise delivered accuracy Starweigh is equipped with multiple weigh pans to achieve the highest accuracy for a wide range of product sizes and weights.
