The self service trend in retail continues. Mettler Toledo has two self service scales in the UC Family. The UC-CW provides a compact, low profile scale with a 10.4” user touchscreen located at the height of the scale platter. As an alternative, the UC-GT has an upper 12” operator touchscreen, with the printer located on the tower, for easy access by the consumer when scale is mounted on lower height stands. The UC-GT has the same functionality and connectivity as the UC-CW. Direct interaction with your customer in self-service mode makes check out easier and more accurate. The intuitive 10.4” or 12” Touchscreen with graphical presets makes it easy to navigate, provides assistance with tutorial messages, and enhances the shopping experience through cross merchandising suggestions. |
