Program participants will be based in Columbus, Ohio. Columbus is home to three local METTLER TOLEDO facilities, including our North American headquarters. Each facility offers its own unique work experiences, from traditional manufacturing and assembly to the corporate business setting. In addition, with operations in 37 countries, many opportunities exist to interface and communicate with people from around the world.
For you the graduate, the months spent in the program will help you relate your academic education with “real world” experiences. Having been established over 16 years ago, the engineering ICE program is highly visible and highly regarded throughout the company. In 2007, the Marketing ICE and Finance ICE programs were established, building on the reputation and experience of the ICE program for engineers. All of your projects will be challenging, value-added projects that will help you learn where your career interests truly lie. We anticipate that you as a program participant will represent our future leadership, and you will be offered the opportunity for more responsibility if you demonstrate the desire and ability to accept it.
